The Yellowstone County Sheriff’s Office documented 444 calls for service and 12 arrests between October 19 and October 25. The agency’s weekly activity report also lists 232 case reports filed during that period. This volume of work followed a previous week that recorded 409 calls for service, 15 arrests, and 214 case reports.

Two men were taken into custody on partner or family member assault charges within 11 hours of each other on Sunday, October 25. Travis Lytle, 25, was arrested at 3:15 a.m. and held in custody. The report lists four charges against him: criminal endangerment, criminal mischief involving a loss of more than $1,500, partner or family member assault causing reasonable apprehension of bodily injury, and tampering with a communication device to obstruct a criminal offense report.

Steven Mares, 41, was arrested at 1:52 p.m. on October 25 and is also held in custody. He faces charges of endangering the welfare of a child, partner or family member assault causing bodily injury without a weapon, and tampering with a communication device. Both men are first-time offenders on the assault charges. The Sheriff’s Office notes that a charge is an accusation rather than a conviction, and all individuals named are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.

Seven of the 12 arrests during the week resulted from warrants. Kristie Krushensky, 56, was arrested on October 19 at 11:45 a.m. on a city warrant. Travis Bohl, 37, was taken into custody on October 21 at 3:33 p.m. on a city warrant. Nicolin Hagerman, 24, was arrested on October 24 at 11:06 p.m. on a county warrant. All three were held in custody.

Four arrests involved warrants from other jurisdictions. Arthur Durham, 47, and Merle Ironbear, 26, were listed as fugitives from justice and arrested on October 19 and October 23, respectively. Tye Coleman, 26, and Tristan Castro, 21, were both arrested at 10:24 p.m. and 10:45 p.m. on October 20. The report does not specify charges for Coleman or Castro. All seven warrant arrests resulted in the individuals being held in custody.

Three other arrests or citations occurred during the week. Ross Jones, 37, was arrested on October 21 at 4:58 p.m. on a first-offense theft charge. Ezbi Tibon, 20, received a notice to appear on October 24 at 3:00 p.m. for forgery and first-offense theft. Angela Brown, 44, was arrested on October 25 at 10:55 a.m. for first-offense disorderly conduct involving profane behavior and was held in custody.
